General

Goldylinks undertakes to deliver goods within 5 working days; most goods will be despatched within 2 to 3 days of your order being received providing the items are in stock. All prices as stated include VAT, packing and postal charges. Presentation boxes are included with all goods purchased from Goldylinks.

All jewellery items pass through our quality control department prior to despatch where they are thoroughly checked. This department will also handle any items that may be returned.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with any of your purchases from goldylinks please send them back to us unused within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund the goods must be received by us unused, within 14 days of receipt and you must include the order number, your name and address, original packaging, and the reason for the return. The goods should be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at the appropiate insurance level. You are responsible for the goods until we receive them.

On receipt of your returns we will arrange a credit.

In the unlikely event of the goods you receive have been damaged in transit, this should immediately be reported to Royal Mail Customer Services on 0845 7740 740 and to ourselves by using the online contact form with a reference of:-"Damaged Goods during delivery", and explain what type of damage has occured
